Monday 29th March
Hello!
You join us live from our brand new office on Bloomsbury Street!
Now that we’re all settled in, we’re once again busy working on our current projects.
Our short film Munin is back from the lab and ready for the edit. We’ve got hours of footage but I think we’ll be looking at a final run time of about 4-5 minutes. We also have exciting plans regarding a voiceover for the film but we’re staying quiet for now....
Not long now till our fantastic TLC Media UK launch party! However, we’ve decided to shake things up a bit and change the venue. The launch will now take place at the Embassy nightclub in Mayfair on 28th April. Joining us at this prestigious event will be a number of celebrities and friends from the industry. It should be a brilliant night for all and act as the perfect way to announce TLC Management onto the scene!
Our Famous But Frightened charity dinner is proving to be extremely popular and tickets are selling out fast. If you fancy spending the evening with a host of celebrity talent, make sure you get your ticket fast to avoid disappointment. Speaking of celebrities, we have now confirmed our cast for the Famous But Frightened pilot episode and one thing’s for sure, there are going to be a few surprises! Official press release to follow...
Our jewel in the crown, Calendar King is getting closer and closer to production. If all goes as planned we’ll be looking at a 5 week shoot in the Caribbean; which would be just lovely!
We’ve also had details on a few exciting new projects but you can find out more about them next time!
Have a fantastic week!
The TLC Team
Monday 22nd March
Greetings to all!
March has swiftly arrived and at last the suns decided to come out...well...sort of.
It’s been a busy few months for everyone here at TLC. With many projects on the go, it’s been an exciting juggling act, but everything seems to be falling into place nicely.
The first big news is that TLC are moving! Yes the boxes are packed, the tears have been shed and everyone’s ready for our trip to the Big Smoke. As of next week, we will be working out of our wonderful new office in Bloomsbury Street. Feel free to swing by, we’ll need help unpacking!
More exciting news is that a brand new string to the company bow has been added. TLC Management will now be representing more than 50 celebrities and dealing with their personal appearances. What was the phrase? ’If you book them they will come..!’ What better way to celebrate this news than to have a launch party! That’s right; next month TLC Management will be holding an exclusive party at London’s stunning Cafe de Paris. All our talent will be there soaking up the vibe and letting their hair down. Oh and don’t be surprised if you see OK Magazine there, they’re covering the whole night!
Our latest short film Munin is in the can, and ready for the edit. Directed by Matt Lambrou and Produced by TLC Media Uk, Munin follows the tale of a wrongly accused man and his last moments before being led to the gallows. Inspired by the classic Edgar Allen Poe poem, ‘The Raven’; Munin promises to be a visual feast that stimulates the mind and the senses. More details on this exciting project coming soon...
Wow, I’m already exhausted! But wait, there’s so much more!
Our upcoming fright fest, Famous But Frightened has just gone huge! Due to overwhelming public demand, we’ve moved our Celebrity Charity Dinner to the Marriott Hotel in Swansea. It promises to be a fantastic night full of fun and surprises, and will raise money for our favourite charity, Help For Heroes. We’re also gearing up for our Famous But Frightened pilot episode and have some brilliant celebrities onboard. ‘Which ones?’ I hear you cry! Now that would be telling... For more information head over to www.famousbutfrightened.com.
Finally, our exciting upcoming special Calendar King, is deep in pre-production and almost ready for shooting. The pilot is all finished now and to be honest, we think we might have something special on our hands! More news on Calendar King will be revealed soon.
Is that it? I think so. No wait!
Look out for our thrilling short drama, ‘Adversity’, coming to a festival near you soon.
Enjoy the sun (but mostly the rain)
The TLC team
